My name is Alan Hu. I'm a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a BSc in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.

I am fluent in C as well as modern C++. I'm currently learning graphics programming by writing a renderer with WebGPU via Google Dawn.

I picked up C# for my CS 4500 Software Development upper-level course. For this course, I built a client and server for a game similar to Qwirkle, which communicated over TCP via a JSON protocol. I enjoyed using C# and would like more opportunities to use it.

I'm also fluent in Java. During my last co-op at Teledyne, I contributed to a Java Android application for controlling unmanned ground vehicles.

Finally, I have web development experience with various technologies including NodeJS, React, and TypeScript. At my first co-op, I helped build the full-stack for Pelicargo, a startup in the shipping industry.
